JLove is an activist, author, coach with over two decades of experience. She consults with technology, entertainment and lifestyle companies as a Social Impact Strategist. Through this work, she helps create innovative, transformative products, live events and experiences while focusing on a triple bottom-line impact: people, planet, profit.
JLove is also a creator, producer and director of TV and Film, so storytelling is at the heart of her work. She is the author of That White Girl, which has been optioned for film. She has also co-edited four books, and is the winner in the social change category of the National Indie Excellence Awards. JLove has received numerous awards for her work in the field, including the Union Square Award and Self Magazine’s Self-Starter of the Year Award.
JLove’s production company (JLove & M1 Productions), and her short films, ASIA-ONE: Expect The Unexpected, and From Gangs to Gardens, have received over 18 million viewers. To date, JLove has co-created, executive produced and directed five TV pilots, executive produced M1’s Hip-Hop Guided Meditation Series, and two songs: #TakeItDown and #APeoplesMovement.
