For our inaugural retreat we are so excited to host you in Brooklyn, USA!
In addition, to being an Artistic & Cultural Mecca, Brooklyn is home to one of the most culturally and socio-economically diverse communities in the world.


TRANSPORTATION:
We recommend taking the A/C train to Manhattan from the Kingston-Throop station, a 6 minute walk from our home. LIRR trains arrive and depart from Nostrand Av, a 9 minute walk. There are also plenty of Citi Bike rental stands nearby, and Car2Go rental cars are a popular option.

Wear comfortable shoes, we will be walking.
We do have additional space for you to rest, work, relax, etc. while waiting for the start of dinner and there are various options in the neighborhood as well.

Randi Zinn is an author, mindfulness and wellness expert, and founder of Beyond Mom. Born from her own experience of motherhood, Beyond Mom is harnessing a movement of women who are taking back their right to self-love, self-care and community as a pathway to fulfillment. Randi encourages moms to cultivate a life “Beyond Mom”- one that embraces the gifts of motherhood but expresses all that they are as individuals. Beyond Mom offers: Expert interviews, lifestyle advice, stories from Beyond Moms, podcasts, events, and retreats for Moms seeking Self. Eda Ozmen

Entrepreneur, Investor, and Philanthropist

Eda Ozmen an entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist on a mission to solve the growing mental health and wellbeing challenges facing the world. She is passionate about empowering individuals to enhance their mental states and overall quality of life. Motivated by her own experience of overcoming challenges and a deep understanding of the core issues faced by those struggling with anxiety and depression. She is the co-founder of Mentologists -- a holistic funding platform focused on creating and discovering effective and accessible innovative solutions in the mental health and wellbeing space. Eda is a certified yoga instructor and corporate wellness coach. She is on the board of Bent on Learning, a nonprofit that teaches yoga and mindfulness practices to New York City public school children in the classroom. Prior to this, she has spent the past 6 years growing the Ozmen Foundation that focuses on empowering organizations in the areas of women's empowerment, children and youth, veterans, migrants and refugees. In addition, she launched a successful kids yoga and mindfulness program in Manhattan. Originally from Reno, Nevada, she holds a BA in Business from the University of Nevada.

After years of sitting behind the desk, seeing other's ideas through, ensuring someone else's business was operational, Katrina Frye decided to use her expertise with the one community she is most passionate about - ARTISTS & CREATIVES. While earning her bachelors degree in Visual Arts she quickly saw a lack of understanding and training on how an artist goes from the studio into the gallery.
