Diana Gasperoni

Founder of Be.WELL

Diana is the founder of Be.WELL. Psychotherapy Group, the creator of the BeHER Circle, BeHER Teen Programs and the BeHER Circle Facilitator Training . Diana specializes in developing therapist’s clinical skills to their fullest potential. When working with patients she assists people to better understand themselves, allowing patients to then lead fuller and richer lives.

Diana’s passion is supporting women through painful transitions that may cause them to become stuck and to create a space for understanding their ever shifting identities. She is equally passionate about empowering young women to advocate for themselves and created the BeHER Teen in school program as an outreach of Be.WELL. She is an advocate for all people to understand the importance of making their mental health a priority. The BeHER Teen program is her way of giving young women a place to explore, learn, grow and get the psychoeducation tools for a solid foundation of understanding their mental health.

Both a long term patient and student of modern psychoanalysis, Diana learned in her early 20’s that understanding behaviors, thoughts and feelings for some is a lifelong process. In working from this approach, she develops lasting relationships with patients, helping to clear pathways of misunderstood drives, compulsions and behaviors. Her approach with each patient is to help them to understand what they want from their lives, understand how they want to live and to see a clear way to get there.

Diana supports the emotional growth in her patients as well as her amazing team of therapists. She works tirelessly to create a space that is safe to explore her patients deepest thoughts and a space for her team to build community and thrive.

After years of sitting behind the desk, seeing other's ideas through, ensuring someone else's business was operational, Katrina Frye decided to use her expertise with the one community she is most passionate about - ARTISTS & CREATIVES. While earning her bachelors degree in Visual Arts she quickly saw a lack of understanding and training on how an artist goes from the studio into the gallery.
