She is currently on the faculty of the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland’s Organizational Systems Development Center and the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Initiative at Cuyahoga Community College in Cleveland. She has Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Howard University and Columbia University, respectively.
